Eliisa & Brody's Wedding!

Meet Eliisa and Brody whom were married at Eureka's First Presbyterian Church surrounded by loved ones!

Amber, Kim and I had an amazing time working with this beautiful couple and their easy going wedding party! I want to thank my assistants for doing an amazing job, being 9 months pregnant at the time I wasn't moving aroung that easy and I couldn't have done it without you ladies, thanks again! We took the couple to old town Eureka for some fun shots of the couple before their wedding reception which was held at the Wharfinger. They used Shirley Atkins of Wedding by Design as their wedding planner and their food was catered by Cynthia Samsel Classic Catering and the beautiful flowers where done by Abernathy's! It's a BOY!!!

I am happy to annouce the newest arrival to our family, Kian Cruz Vicente! Who was born at 12:12am on 03/20/2009 weighing 7lbs 2 ounces, 19 inches long! He decided he just couldn't wait any longer and we celebreated spring with the new arrival of our new little baby boy! Big brother Julian was very excited to meet his little brother and has been a great help to mommy and daddy. Baby and mommy are doing well and we're happy to be home together! Here is a sneak peak of the newest little one, more pics to come soon!

Promises Bridal and Formal Wear Trunk Show

I just wanted to let you all know that Promises Bridal & Formal Wear in Eureka is having a 3 day Trunk Show showcasing gorgeous wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses at amazing low prices! The event starts Friday March 6th through Sunday the 8th, the store has even extended their hours for those of you at work! Crescent City Bridal Fair

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that I will be attending Crescent City's "Your Perfect Day" Bridal Fair on Saturday February 28th at the Cultural Center in Crescent City. The fair will be held from 10am to 3:00pm and there will be many vendors, free food to taste and free giveaways! Kim and I will be there and would love to have you stop by my booth and say hello! Fortuna River Lodge Bridal Fair

Brandy & Garrett's Trash the Dress

Aloha! Here are the images from Brandy & Garrett's "Trash the Dress" session that we photographed in Kauai, Hi! Now for those of you who don't know what Trash the dress is I'll explain. I feel there are two different versions of "Trash the Dress" sessions, there's the Trash the dress session where you go around wearing your dress and take fun beautiful pictures on a different day then your wedding and then there's the "Trashing" the dress session, where you go swimming in a salt water ocean, or lagoon or get mud all over it or even rip it all to shreds.

This session was a little bit of both, we started out shooting at various locations around the Kauai Island such as Spouting Horn and Shipwreck Hyatt Beach and then got wet at Kipu Falls and later ended the session at Poipu Beach in the rain. We all had a great time and didn't even mind the slips and falls we had in the mud and rain, the locations were defiantly worth it! Although I don't recommend doing this when your 6 months pregnant, it was a little challenging for me.. but with the help of my great assistant Amber and this awesome couple everything went smoothly!
