Meet Ivan and Tia! This amazing couple and I ventured to Fern Canyon to photograph their engagement shoot! The weather couldn't have been better and the canyon looked amazing with all the beautiful green ferns growing along the walls. I had such a wonderful time working with them in this beautiful environment and I can't wait to work with them again on their wedding day! Meet Kendra and Jason!

Kendra and Jason are planning their wedding for August 29, 2009! Amber and I had a wonderful time working with this fun couple. We started out at Old town Eureka and explored around and then ended at their home near Moonstone Beach in Trinidad. We really had a fun time lurking around alley ways and what-not looking for odd places to take creative photos of this energetic couple. We hope they enjoy their photos as much as we do! Benny & Tracy

Meet Benny and Tracy who are getting married July 25th!

We went to Moonstone Beach in Trinidad, CA for their engagement session and we couldn't have asked for better weather! It was so clear Amber (my photography assistant) pointed out she could even see Eureka from the beach! We had a great time working with this great couple and I look forward to working with them again at their wedding! Amber and Ed's Trash The Dress Session

Another trash the dress session, this time with Amber and Ed! Amber and Ed who were married at Oak Meadows in Temecula wanted to do a Trash the Dress session at Lo Jolla Beach. Now for those of you who don't know what Trash the dress is I'll explain. I feel there are two different versions of "Trash the Dress" sessions, there's the Trash the dress session where you go around wearing your dress and take fun beautiful pictures on a different day then your wedding and then there's the "Trashing" the dress session, where you go swimming in a salt water ocean, or lagoon or get mud all over it or even rip it all to shreds.

This session was more of the safer version although they did venture into the ocean and came out sandy and soaking wet. Although the weather wasn't as sunny as we would have liked, it turned out to be a great evening and I had a lot of fun "trashing" the dress and shooting with them. John & Holly's Engagement Session

Meet John & Holly who are getting married June 27th!

I had a great time working and getting to know this fun-loving couple. John and Holly first met each other on a semester at sea cruise about eight years ago! I photographed them by the Hammond trail and Clam beach in Mckinleyville where John proposed to Holly. They will be getting married at Pampline Grove in just a few short weeks and I can't wait to capture that happy day for them.
